The newly-remodeled Kearney Area Children's Museum features a number of "zones" where children can interact with and learn from multi-sensory exhibits. Children can make noise in the Theatre and Music Zone, experiment in the Science Zone and splash in the Water Zone in addition to participating in a number of other themed areas. Located in downtown Kearney, the museum is close to a number of family-friendly locations: across the road is the Kearney Public Library and Pioneer Park is just half a mile away.
