Commemorating more than 150 years of trans-continental American travel, the Great Platte River Road Archway is a multi-media interactive museum perfect for the family. The 308-foot long archway spans I-80 two miles east of Kearney. Employed in the museum's exhibits are 24 life-sized figurines, hundreds of feet of fiber optics, and a number of authentic cars from the first part of the 20th century.
